PRODUCTION

Our now well-established vertical integration production model makes sure that all the manufacturing stages are carried out inside our factories. No stage, manufacturing or semi-manufacturing is ever outsourced. The strict control on the suppliers of raw materials contributes to reaching top quality standards.

The two factories occupy altogether an area of more than 65,000 sq ft and are capable of producing more than 50,000 shoppers a day.

We execute both offset and flexographic printing. The kinds of ennoblement we perform are: plastic coating, thermal printing, thermal and dry relief, UV laquering, glittering and flocking. We are the only ones who proudly own an embossing machine aided by 36 engraving cylinders. We have many kinds of paper, as well, and they are constantly available in our storehouses in all the necessary formats.

The production timings vary from 15 to 50 days, according to the kind, the quantity and the location of the production.

The logistics storehouses are located in Italy on an area of more than 30,000 sq ft and are in charge of providing the shops with the most qualified and customized service available.
